“There is no power for change greater than a
community discovering what it cares about.”

- Margaret J. Wheatley

Place-shaping

re:shape believe in a better tomorrow and the power of giving. This means the developments we design and deliver must work harder.

Our buildings will provide significant investment into areas and provide locals with amenities such as community spaces, cafés, work and event space. We look to build communities inside and outside our buildings by providing locals access to our buildings facilities and integrate them through workshops and events with residents.

We create responsive bespoke shared visions for all our projects by working with likeminded local stakeholders that value people, bring communities together and enhance the quality of life of all.

Community Investment Programme

The Community Investment Programme (CIP) is devised in collaboration with local stakeholders and is our approach to ensure that local community groups, resident groups, charities, social enterprises and SMEs are always the direct beneficiaries of new developments in the short, medium and long term. Committed to social impact and delivering on our promises, re:shape request that Planning Authorities always secure our Community Investment Programme (CIP) commitments via a S106 obligation, which in turn provides Councils, politicians and community stakeholders with the confidence that we are developers who keep their promises.

Community Partners

Our genuine passion for social value combined with the support of such a wide ranging hyper local network of community partners, provides re:shape with a distinct advantage to deliver ground up community led destinations, long lasting value proposition and optimise social impact.
