Cities are becoming increasingly unaffordable, local communities are being continuously displaced, and loneliness and mental health issues are on the rise.
By living closer together, we believe that alternative living forms can be a way to address the environmental, urban and human challenges our cities are facing.

OUR WHAT.
Currently there are approximatly 2 million mid-income professionals that are largely priced out of London Build to Rent accommodation, being confined to either over cramped house-shares or sub-standard Buy-to-Let housing, and in undesirable locations.
We want to help the millions of young, middle earning Londoners who contribute to their city by providing high-quality affordable homes in great areas of inner London, which in return reduces their commute time, enhances spending power and allows for a better quality of life.

We unlock the potential of underutilised land and existing buildings to build beautifully designed homes which are fully functional, well serviced and centered around community.
They are dynamic, multifunctional spaces where people can live, work, eat and drink, and socialise all under one roof.
