ARK is a lifestyle led Co-living brand where members can stay for as long as they like in homely private studios and share high design communal spaces to work, reset and play in.

The way people live, work and socialise has changed. The 9 to 5 in the office every day of the week is a thing of the past. Younger generations are demanding convenience, flexibility and experiences.

In 2020, Re:shape set out to address this shift by creating a modern, simple, unique and recognisable Co-living brand that would resonate with a target demographic of Gen Z and Millenialials.

This required the creation of a completely new brand name and logo, visual assets and brand guidelines. Assembling a creative Brand, PR & Marketing team, Re:shape defined ARK’s proposition and a go-to-market strategy.

Re:shape’s approach was to build a holistic brand by aligning all project teams involved with a consistent set of values and a mission, with careful management of the brand output across key touchpoints; physical design, digital identity, communications and customer experience.

A key focus was delivering a strong digital experience. This involved creating a seamless booking journey through a bespoke website that connected with ARK’s Property Management System, which has resulted in high conversion rates. A member’s App was also designed to enhance operational efficiencies, engage our members and distribute content.
